"Fern Margolies is an unethical real estate agent who is not truthful with her clients. She coerced a sale by lying to me (her client - the purchaser) about a "deal" that she made with the listing realtor to contribute money to me in order to get the price down. It didn't make sense, and when asked about this agreement so that it could be included in the contract, Fern denied it and stated that I misunderstood somehow. Shame on Fern for her unethical behavior. Be very careful if Fern is handling your negotiations."

"Fern helped us sell our home as well as purchase a condo in our area.She was very knowledgeable about selling our home at the "right price" and it sold quickly. She scheduled open houses weekly and was present for each one. Fern went above and beyond from the listing to the sale, she was there every step of the way! I would highly recommend her to anyone that was thinking of selling their home or just purchasing one!! She is a "people" person, very sweet and honest!"

"Fern was the best agent I ever met. She helped me get my house listed, advised me how to get it sold and brought me two buyers who were serious about buying my house. She held my hand all through the process and got me the best price for my house. Even after the house was sold she kept in touch while I was going to Iowa to live. I highly recommend Fern as an agent. Fern really cares for her clients and supports them with her personal touch."

"I found Fern to be a HORRIBLE AGENT. I was referred to Fern by my real estate friend who would be out of the country during the Open House. Prior to attending the Open House, Fern stated to me that she would let me do all the talking and she would remain silent since this involved Land Use Litigation which she was unfamiliar with. When asking questions of the Listing Agent (LA) who was related to the owner of the 2 parcel vacant land and also related to the seller of the adjacent lot which contained a house. The LA disclosed to us that the vacant lot was owned by her father who died 5 years ago & he left his parcels to his sister, who owned the house on the adjoining land. The LA stated that her aunt never put her father’s property into her name and the aunt died approximately 2 1/2 months ago.I’m trying to ascertain if the LA even had the authority to sell the 2 dead seller’s land and property, Fern kept interrupting me so the LA would not answer the questions. Fern interfered with so many of my questions. She was a NIGHTMARE. BEWARE OF THIS AGENT. She is horrible."

"I would recommend Fern very highly if you are buying or selling your home. I was going through a tough divorce and selling my home and she made the process very easy for me and was super supportive as well. She took care of every detail for me and was there to support me through all the steps. She kept me informed of any changes and was always checking in on me with her cheerful and upbeat personality. She is now someone I consider a friend and has even called me several times after the sale to see how I am doing. Shes a true gem"
